Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Dessert

Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Dessert 0 Picture


  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 1 c chopped pecans
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 1 c melted butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c caramel sundae sauce
  • 8 c vanilla ice cream,slightly softened



Step 1

Combine flour,pecans,sugar and oats in a large bowl
Add melted butter and mix well
Pat in a thin layer on a large baking sheet with sides
Bake at 400 F for 15 min or until golden
Crumble when warm; cool
Press 1/2 of the crumble into a 9 x 13 pan
Drizzle with half the sauce
Spread with ice cream and remainder of the crumble
Cover and store in the freezer
Serves 20
