  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 cube steaks
  • onion – minced
  • 1 pkg brown gravy mix
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1/3 to ½ cup dry red wine
  • 4 oz mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, salt and oregano. Lightly coat steaks. In a large skillet, brown steaks in hot oil with onions and garlic. Reduce heat, add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 20-25 minutes.
