Ingredients

  • 1 Publix Deli Rotisserie Lemon Pepper Chicken
  • 8 cups Publix European Blend
  • 1 16 oz. container Publix Fresh Cut Fruit Salad
  • Poppy Seed Salad Dressing (or honey mustard)

Preparation

Step 1

Remove skin and bones from chicken; cut or tear meat into bite-size pieces (about 4 cups). Arrange two cups of salad greens on each plate; arrange chicken and fruit over greens. Drizzle dressing over salads.
