Ingredients
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 2 cups Chopped Chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3-4 large pickles
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
- Half and Half
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil/drain macaroni
2. Mix mayonaise, vinegar and half and half to creamy consistency
3. Add in sugar, salt, pepper
4. Combine macaroni, chicken, celery, onion, pickle & eggs
5. Pour liquid over, if too dry add more half and half. Store in covered container. Best if made a day in advance.
