Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C almonds- ground fine
- 1 C pecans or walnuts - ground fine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 C plain bread crumbs

Step 1
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add other ingredients mixing lightly after each addition.
Cook on parchment paper lined pans. Drop by small spoonfuls onto the pans. Cookies will spread while baking.
Cook at 350 - start checking after 10-12 minutes. Cook until light brown.
