Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp. stoneground mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 wild caught salmon steaks

Preparation

Step 1

In a storage bag, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Set aside 1/4 cup of of marinade in the refrigerator for basting. Add salmon to the bag and place in refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.

Drain and discard marinade. Broil or grill salmon for 4-5 minutes each side. Brush with reserved marinade.
