Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Medium Onion
  • 2 cans Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans (or Cannelini Beans)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Ditalini pasta
  • Greated Parmesean Cheese
  • Crushed Pepper flakes (optional)
  • Crusty Italian Bread (optional)

Step 1

Heat pan; add olive oil (just enough to coat bottom of pan but not over coat). Add crushed garlic and chopped onion. Saute until garlic is golden brown. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper. Cook on medium to low heat for 1 hour.

Add beans and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Boil water and cook pasta according to package.

Drain the pasta and add to the cooked tomatoes.

Allow to set for an hour.

Serve with grated cheese, pepper flakes & italian bread.
