Aunt Susan's Eye Roast
Tender and juicy with perfect gravy every time.
- 3 lb. eye roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
Place roast in pan
Spread mushroom soup over roast
Sprinkle dry onion soup over mushroom soup
Sprinkle with A-1 steak sauce
Bake covered - low and slow - 3 hours at 300 degrees.
For 6 pound roast, double all ingredients.
