Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee granuals
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup nuts (optional)
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted.

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time.
Add melted chocolate and coffee.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
Add nuts and beat until smooth.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
