- Boneless/Skinless Chicken breasts
- flour
- salt/pepper
- sage
- milk
- eggs - well beaten
- bread crumbs
- oil

Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow dish combine flour, salt, pepper and sage. Pour milk into another shallow dish and put the eggs into another dish. Put bread crumbs in another dish.
1. Dip chicken in milk.
2. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
3. Dip chicken in egg.
4. Coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until brown on outside and cooked inside.
Can serve hot or cold.
