Ingredients
- 10 c or 1 pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken)
- 12 oz sour cream
- 1/2 c milk
- onions to taste (1 small or minced)
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 . Tbsp melted butter
- 2 c crushed cornflakes
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and 2 Tbsp melted butter. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Put corn flakes on top and drizzle with 2 Tbsp melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
