Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lentils (soaked 24 hours & rinsed)
  • 3 Bottles Dark Beer
  • 3 Cans Chicken broth
  • 1 lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked Ham -cubed
  • 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage- sliced thin
  • 1 Cup coarsley chopped Celery
  • 1 Red Onion- Chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
  • 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients Except Mushrooms. Simer 1 to 2 hours ( or more) Add mushrooms; simmer1/2 or until mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with dollop of sour cream on top.
