Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lentils (soaked 24 hours & rinsed)
- 3 Bottles Dark Beer
- 3 Cans Chicken broth
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked Ham -cubed
- 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage- sliced thin
- 1 Cup coarsley chopped Celery
- 1 Red Onion- Chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
- 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients Except Mushrooms. Simer 1 to 2 hours ( or more) Add mushrooms; simmer1/2 or until mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with dollop of sour cream on top.
