Dumplings

Ingredients

  • eggs 3 beaten
  • water 1/4 cup
  • flour 2 1/2 cups sifted
  • salt 2 teaspoons
  • salt 1 teaspoon for water

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
Blend all ingredients together, adding more flour if necessary to make a stiff batter
Drop by the teaspoonfuls into boiling water
Hint: to make it easy removal of batter from spoon. Dip the spoon first into the boiling water
Cook for 10 minutes
Rinse with cold water and drain
