Ingredients
- pork chops 4 1" to 1 1/4" bone in
- paprika 2 teaspoons
- thyme 1 teaspoon leaves
- salt 1 teaspoon
- ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix paprika, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Sprinkle evenly over both sides of pork chops.
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork chops, and cook 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
