Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Shredded Zuchinni (1 large or 2 small)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 stick oleo
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 can creme of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 box Corn Bread Stuffing
  • 3 cups Velveta Melt in pot
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute Zuchinni, onion, oleo, & S&P in fry pan

Mix all ingredients in 9×13 pan top w/shredded cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Uncovered
