Ingredients
- 4 Cups Shredded Zuchinni (1 large or 2 small)
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 stick oleo
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 can creme of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 box Corn Bread Stuffing
- 3 cups Velveta Melt in pot
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute Zuchinni, onion, oleo, & S&P in fry pan
Mix all ingredients in 9×13 pan top w/shredded cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour Uncovered
