Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup orange or apple juice
  • 1 (6 oz) container flavored yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, or 4 strawberries
  • 1/3 cup soy protein pwder

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all in blender 1 full minute.

Fun to mix different flavors of yogurt with
fruit. Peaches are good, too.
