Green Chilis and Welsh Rarebit - Mother

Ingredients

• 1 large can Ortega whole green chilis
• Jack cheese cut into finger size pieces
• 1 box of Stouffer’s Welsh Rarebit or homemade Welsh Rarebit

Preparation

Step 1

Remove seeds and membrane from the chilis and stuff each with a finger of Jack cheese.

Place chilis in a baking dish and pour the hot rarebit over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
