Kelli Robert's Pork Chops
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 2 TBSP. mustard
- 2 TBSP. vinegar
- 2 TBSP. worcestershire sauce
- 4 TBSP. soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 medium onion
- Pork Chops
1. Suate onion in olive oil with salt and pepper.
2. Batter pork chops with flour, salt and pepper.
3. Line close together in baking dish and cover with sauce.
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours or until pork chops are done.
