Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh spinach 2 Tbs. minced green onions
- 2 Tbs. sesame seeds 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup safflower oil - dash pepper
- 2 Tbs. salad vinegar - dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 or 2 Tbs. sugar 1 pint strawberries, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Wash, trim and dry spinach. Refrigerate. Toast sesame seeds on pie pan in a preheated 350 oven, shaking once or twice until golden, 10 to 12 minutes; cool. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, onions, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce in tightly covered container; shake until sugar and salt are dissolved. Refrigerate.
To serve: Tear spinach into bite-size pieces; combine with sesame seeds in salad bowl. Toss with dressing; gently toss in strawberries.
