Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs

A favourite given to me by Cindy - she always had the best spaghetti and meat balls when we went camping!

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- Equal parts ground veal, pork and beef (2 packages)
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup water
- Italian seasoning
- Sauce:
- 2 cans Primo or Unico plain spaghetti sauce
- 1 large can crushed or diced tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- Italian seasoning
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients by hand really well. Form into balls - squish desired amount firmly, then gently shape into ball. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients. Add meatballs and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
