Ingredients

  • 5 slices precooked bacon
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Combine ingredients together.

2.) Bake for 10 minutes at 350º

3.) remove from oven, stir, then place back in oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
