Ingredients
- 4 C of cooked pasta
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 C of blackening spice
- 8 oz. of cream
- 1/2 pound of peeled, cooked shrimp
- 1/2 pound of tasso ham
- 2 C shredded cooked chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan and add spices. Add cream and stir until well heated (just below boiling point.) Stir in all of the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
