Ingredients

  • 4

    C of cooked pasta

  • 1

    stick of butter

  • ¼

    C of blackening spice

  • 8

    oz. of cream

  • ½

    pound of peeled, cooked shrimp

  • ½

    pound of tasso ham

  • 2

    C shredded cooked chicken

Directions

Melt butter in pan and add spices. Add cream and stir until well heated (just below boiling point.) Stir in all of the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
