  • Head Cauliflower
  • Bunch Broccoli
  • Baby Carrots
  • 1 1/2--2 C. Milk
  • 4 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 4 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 sm. Velvetta
  • French Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cook vegetables. Melt butter, add flour & salt. Gradually add milk. Cut cheese into chuncks and add. Keep stirring until boils & thickens. Pour over veggies and stir. Top with onion. Heat 400 for 10 minutes until warm.
