Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon,diced
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
- 2-3 lb Brussels sprouts,cooked and drained
Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon in a pan
Remove to dish
In bacon fat, saute onions until soft and clear
Stir in vinegar,sugar,salt and garlic powder
Mix cornstarch and water together
Add to vinegar mixture and stir until it boils and thickens
Add Brussels sprouts and and bacon
Heat through Serves 6-8
