Larabar Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 15 medjool dates pitted
  • 3 T cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 water

Preparation

Step 1

In the food processor, mix the dates and 1/4 cup water until a paste forms. Add in the cocoa powder and almonds and continue to pulse until a dough comes together. Line an 8X8 baking pan with parchment leaving enough room for some to stick out the sides. That way the bars will be easier to pull out. Place in the fridge to firm up for a couple hours.
