Ingredients

  • ST LAYER:
  • 1 (3-ounce) package lime jello
  • 1 (14-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • ND LAYER:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup mayonanaise
  • 1 tablespoon un-flavored gelatin (7-g)
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2/3 cup reserved pineapple juice
  • RD LAYER:
  • 2 (3-ounce) packages raspberry jello

Step 1

1st Layer:

Make lime jello but use 1/2 cup less water. Add pineapple. Pour into bowl. Cool to set.

2nd Layer:

Cream together cream cheese, cool whip, and mayonnaise. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in cold water. Bring pineapple juice to a boil. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour onto first layer. Cool to set.

3rd Layer:

Make raspberry jello but use 1/2 cup less water. Pour onto 2nd layer. Cool to set.
