Chicken ad Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• Cooked broccoli
• Cooked chicken
• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 Tbs. flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 Tbs. sherry
• 3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add the other ingredients and heat through. In buttered casserole, layer the cooked broccoli, 1/2 cup parmesan, cooked and diced chicken, sauce, and 1/2 cup parmesan. Brown under broiler.
