Ugly Duckling Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 pkg cake mix, 1 (4 oz.)pkg lemon instant pudding, 1 cup coconut, 1 (16 oz) can fruit cocktail including syrup, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup oil
• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/3 cup coconut

Step 1

Glaze:
Boil butter, sugar and milk for 2 minutes, then add coconut

Cake:
Blend cake ingredients together. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into ungreased, foured 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle over top 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then spoon on hot butter glaze
