Ingredients
- 1 to 1.5 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup boiling water (if using OXO packets use cold water)
- 1 OXO cube or packet
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- dash cayene

Step 1
Make meatballs your usual way and bake in oven until well done. Meanwhile, make sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in large pan or casserole dish. Cook onion in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Add meatballs and simmer (or put in crock pot) for 1 hour, longer in crock pot. Serve hot.
