Tangy Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 t. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 T. pepper
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T. dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

With a sharp knife, coarsely chop cabbage, being careful not to crush leaves. Mix with remaining ingredients and chill. To serve with fried chicken drummettes, place 2 heaping tablespoons of slaw in cup and place chicken drumettes on top.
