Ingredients
- 5 pounds ground beef
- 1 gal dark kidney beans
- 1 gal light kidney beans
- 2-1lb (12oz) Crushed Tomatoes
- 1-1lb (12oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 bags cut pepper and onion
- 1 big can tomato juice
- 1 cup chili powder
- salt and pepper
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef, beans, tomatoes, onion, pepper, and juice. Cover top of pot with salt and pepper. Add water to fill pot. Simmer several hours.
