Peanuty Monster Mix

Bright colored candies are a delicious surprise in this peanut-butter-coated snack.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 5 cups Kellogg's® Crispix® cereal
• 2 cups small pretzel twists
• 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
• 1 cup gummy candies, candy coated chocolate pieces or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large microwave safe bowl combine butter and peanut butter. Microwave at high for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.

2. Add KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, pretzels and peanuts. Stir until evenly coated. Microwave at high for 3 minutes more, stirring every minute.

3. Stir in candy. Spread on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
