Chocolate Cookie Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 sticks oleo
• 1 c. water
• 3 tsp. cocoa
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour with sugar and salt. Put butter, water, cocoa in saucepan and boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture in another bowl, mix eggs, soda, and buttermilk with vanilla. Add to above mixture. Blend well. Bake at 350 in 13x9 pan, @ 25-30 mins.
