Ingredients
- Cook 1 turnip (rutabaga), this makes 2 cups
- OR
- Cook 2 PC 454g or 1 lb containers, cut up
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg beaten

Step 1
Drain turnip and mash with hand mixer, add above ingredients and place into a buttered dish.
Mix some more butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
