Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 18 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 t. salt
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 4 oz. mushrooms
• 1/4 cup green onion
• 2 oz. pimento

Step 1

Melt butter in bottom of 13x9 pan. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in cheese, mushrooms, onion and pimento. Pour into dish. Cook uncovered until set but moist 40-45 mins. @ 325
