Feta Artichoke Bites (WB)

Ingredients

• 1/3 c butter
• 1 large garlic clove, minced>>blend, set aside.
• 6 1/2 oz jar marinated art hearts, drain, keep 1 T juice
• chop
• 1 c seeded diced tomato
• 3T Parmesan cheese
• 2 green onions w/tops, thinly sliced
• 1 t dried oregano>>>>combine in a bowl w/ 1T juice
• 4 oz crumbled feta>>gently stir in, set aside.
• 5 split English muffins, toasted, spread w/ garlic butter
• Spoon art mixture over.
• 1/4 c Parmesan>>>sprinkle over.

Preparation

Step 1

Broil 4-6" from heat until heated through, about 5 min.

To serve, cut each half in half.
