- 2 pkg. white sesame seeds
- 3 T. Sake
- 2 t. sugar
- 2-4 T. Soy
- 2-4 T. hot water or boullion
- grated garlic (small amount)

Step 1
Heat sesame seeds in small frying pan, shaking the pan as it heats. Heat until goma begins to pop. Using a blender, mash the goma till ground. Add the sake, sugar, soy and hot water. If softer is desired, add more water. Grate a small amount of garlic and add to the mixture. Add salt to taste. Serve in small bowl to dip meat.
