Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries (about 1 qt per 9 inch crust)
  • Baked pie crust
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 oz package of strawberry gelatin

Preparation

Step 1

Put berries in cooled pie shell. For filling:

Blend together corn starch & sugar. Combine with water in saucepan. Cook until thick (3-5 minutes). Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, but not completely cold. Pour over berries in baked 9 inch pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
