  • Whole Chicken (chicken breasts) cut into small pieces
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and marinate chicken
Role each in cornflake crumbs
Melt margarine in frying pan and fry chicken

Layer in Casserole:
chicken, mushrooms, parmesan cheese
