Ingredients

  • 1 (10 inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1/4 cup rice, cooked
  • 1/2 ounce lowfat Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 2 ounces salsa

Step 1

Roll ingredients in tortilla. Serve with Banana Frosty (recipe in collection).
