  • 1 pkg. macaroni noodles or your favorite noodles
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Velveeta Cheese Block, cut in half
  • 1 cup milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare macaroni noodles as suggested on box. While that is cooking take the block of Velveeta Cheese and cut in half. Then take one half and cut into slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

When pasta is ready, place half of pasta in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Then place cheese slices on top of noodles. Make another layer and then pour the cup of milk on top evenly to make sure that it doesn't dry out while baking.

Place in oven on middle rack for about 30 minutes. Cheese should be melted and have brown spots on top. When done take out of oven and let sit for about 10 minutes or until cool enough to eat. Notes Add a little salt and pepper to taste when finished. Also if you like really creamy mac and cheese, add another 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of milk during cooking process (about half way through).
