Ingredients
- 1/3 C. sliced cleery
- 1/4 C. finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 C. low-fat miracle whip
- 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimento
- 1 3/4 C. chopped cooked chicken breast

Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Stir in chicken; cover and chill. Yield: 2 cups
