Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C. sliced cleery
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 C. low-fat miracle whip
  • 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 T. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. dried basil
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimento
  • 1 3/4 C. chopped cooked chicken breast

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Stir in chicken; cover and chill. Yield: 2 cups
