Pineapple/Lime Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 15 ounce evaporated milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 ounces lime jello
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Put evaporated milk in freezer for 20 minutes.

Boil pineapple & sugar for 5 minutes. Cool a little.

Whip milk in mixer and add cream cheese.

Slowly add dry Jello mix.

Add pineapple and sugar mixture. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle with nuts.
