Country Ham Quiche

Ingredients

  • Pie Crust
  • 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Half-and-Half
  • 1 c. Ham, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 t. Black Pepper
  • 1/8 t. Red Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

In a medium bowl whisk together eggs and half-and-half.

Stir in ham, cheeses, and peppers. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
