Linguine in White Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (12oz) oackae linguini pasta
  • 3 (8oz) cans minced clams, with juice
  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot with boiling water cook pasta and drain.

In a large skillet saute garlic in OO.

Add the liquid from the clams, parsely, white wine, basil and salt...stir well.

Cook 10 minutes

Stir in clams until heated through.

Toss cooked pasta with clam sauce and serve.
