Gorgonzola, Bacon, & Leek Quiche (WB)

Ingredients

• 1 pkg leek soup (Knorr's)
• 1 pkg frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
• 1/2 c Gorgonzola crumbles
• 1 c bacon crumbles
• 1/4 t pepper
• 3 eggs
• 1 c 1/2 & 1/2
• 1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Toss soup mix, broc, gorgonzola,bacon, & pepper.

Spoon into pie shell.

Beat eggs & 1/2 & 1/2. Pour over mixture in pie shell.

Bake 40-45 min or till inserted knife comes out clean.

Let stand 5 min.
