Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Yeast
- 1/2 C. warm water
- 1/3 C. sugar + 1tsp
- 1 1/4 c. warm milk
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 6- 6 1/2 c. Flour

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 tsp sugar.
Add butter, salt, and remaining sugar, eggs and 3 c. flour.
Beat until smooth smooth. Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough.
Kneed about 6-8 min. Adding additional flour as needed.
Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch down. Divide dough in 1/2. Form small balls place in a 2 13x9x2" baking pans. Cover and rise until doubled 375' 20-25 min or until brown.
