Ingredients
- 1 unbaked Deep Dish Oronoque Pie Shell
- 1/3 C Granulated Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Cloves
- 1 C Milk
- 2 large Eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 1/2 C canned Pumpkin
- 1/3 C Dark Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tbl Flour
- 5oz can Evaporated Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Combine thoroughly sugars, spices, salt and flour. Add to pumpkin and mix well. Add milk, evaporated milk and eggs. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place on cookie sheet in preheated oven.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and continue baking for 20-25 minutes until set in center.
